4 rooms 2 balcony 2 toilets 1 attic a front n back yard 1 hall 1 store 1 kitchen.
there is something about 29 mugliston road.
there something about it that pulled me to love it.
So many things that impress me about that house. Everything is old, antique. But that is what i love most about it. Exterior, it has a weird blend of colour- orange and the gates, dark green. Interior, it is a beauty. Yes, it's empty. Exactly why only those with imagination and dreams for that house will love and appreciate it. It has beautiful balcony-sadly with no view. But standing there, looking just made u feel relax. I was transported back into the old singapore. Back to the time when there isnt technology advance enough to steal our time. We slacked, we sang and enjoyed each other's company. I felt free. and who could forget the wonderful fireworks display which wowed us in the night.
The loveliest part of them all is that i actually could picture myself living there with zam in the future. Somehow that place feels like it should be ours. It will be perfect. Mummy will love it. She will have her garden. Just like i promise. She'll enjoy living the life she always wanted. She will be happy.Everything will be perfect.
Aunty, Uncle, Mal, Heidi, Archie. thanks for sharing ur memories at 29 mugliston rd with me. and thanks for making 29 mugliston rd my memory. i had a wonderful time eating, relaxing and making corny poem. don't forget in 10 years time, i'll buy it k? thanks for everything.
